Security Guards

SECURITY GUARDS:
MUST be available to work evenings & weekends (Full & Part time available).
This position is responsible to maintain the safety of staff, volunteers, patrons and assets. To uphold the integrity of gaming as well as the AGLC regulations, while offering outstanding customer service.

Experience/Skills:
– Customer service skills a must.
– Security experience is an asset.
– Must be a team player, and possess a calm professional manner.

Requirements:
– Must be at least 18 years of age.
– Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
– Must be able to read, write and speak clear & proficient English.
– Must have a clear RCMP criminal records check.
– AGLC registration (upon hire).
– AGLC Smart Training (upon hire).
– Government issue ID, Permanent resident card, passport and/or birth certificate.

Duties (but not limited to):
– Customer relations.
– Escorting patrons/chips/cash.
– Building/staff/volunteer/patron safety checks.
– Report writing/note taking.
– Knowledge and understanding of the AGLC Casino Terms & Conditions.
– Understanding and knowledge of AGLC Liquor Laws.
– Liaison/Communicate with, but not limited to, RCMP, outside security, AGLC, Security Manager, General Manager, staff, volunteers and patrons.
